Eric Schmidt - Vice President of Engineering

Eric Schmidt has worked in the Printed Circuit Board industry for the past 24 years in various leadership roles.
His current responsibilities include overseeing all Manufacturing, Engineering and Environmental operations. Prior to joining APCT Eric spent 17 years working for Data Circuits Systems as Pre-Production Engineering Manager and most recently as Director of Operations for Merix San Jose.  Eric's early years in the industry were spent manufacturing Flex, Rigid-Flex, and Rigid boards for the Military/Aerospace Industry. 

Joe Adams - Director of Sales Western Region

Joe started with APCT in July 2009 as the Business Development Manager, Joe has had many roles in the PCB Industry including Shipping/Receiving, Purchasing Management, Operations, Electrical Test Management, and Business/Sales Management. For the past 13 years Joe has been involved in PCB manufacturing with companies such as Excel Circuits International, Mania Technologie Inc (USA), Merix Corporation, and currently with APCT as the Director of Sales Western Region. Joe's understanding of customer service the quick turn environment as well as his passion for growth has made him a key addition to the APCT team.

Amy Paulino - Inside Sales Manager

Amy began her PCB career in August 2000 as a Customer Service Administrator for Data Circuits in 2004 DCS was purchased by Merix Corp an before Amy left for APCT she had become the Customer Service Supervisor for Merix's San Jose facility. Since May 2008 Amy has been the leader of the Customer Service function here at APCT and is currently the Inside Sales Manager overseeing all inside sales for APCT and also APCT Global and our offshore partners. Amy also has extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry making her a key part of APCT's total customer focus team. 

Randy Meador - Quality Manager

Randy has been in the PCB industry for 39 years. His extensive hands on knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, equipment & leading edge technology provide an insight in the PCB world which allows a seamless integration of Manufacturing, Process & Quality systems beyond the norm. Randy has implemented various Quality systems & automation which produce consistent leading edge technology PCB's (ie. Aspect ratios > 25:1, hole to copper < .004", 5% impedance, line width & spacing down to 2 mils). Randy's previous positions include VP of Engineering for DDi, VP of Engineering/Quality for Sierra Proto Express, NPI engineering manager at Hadco/Sanmina.
