RE: APCT Impact from Coronavirus (COVID-19)
To: Our Valued Customers,
As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has increased its impact on our communities, we feel it is important to acknowledge that people are concerned. We are too. We care about the safety of all our associates and the visitors that enter our facilities. Therefore, I want to share the steps we have implemented across our APCT sites to help keep you, our valued customers and our employees, safe.
Our facilities are cleaned daily and our associates follow all recommended health-conscious measures that will help mitigate the spread of any virus. We have also increased the number of hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes, anti-bacterial sprays and overall employee awareness.
As an extra precautionary measure, I have temporarily suspended all non-critical customer visits, travel and any unnecessary social interaction. We are committed to providing you world-class service and are taking these measures to mitigate the potential impact to our company and its associates.
We are monitoring the status of the coronavirus with our local and national health organizations as well as our customers and suppliers, as this situation evolves, and advisories are updated. As of today, all our facilities remain fully operational and we are prepared to support your needs.
